We're not saying everyone has to Jack Bauer it up (seriously, how does he go full seasons never ducking into a bathroom?), but depending on where you're stuck you may have to get more creative than others. Those trapped in main areas may have access to some facilities, certainly if they can break into the quarters nearby. Those stuck in cave-ins will have to pick a tunnel and, well, let nature take its course the old-fashioned way.
The mods are fully expecting the wrath of one pregnant Klingon woman when all is said and done, at the very least. But how easy or difficult you make things on your character is totally up to you. :)
