If Seven wasn't sure already that Peter Quill wasn't from around here, so to speak, she certainly is now. No reaction to Borg implants and designation--because he's right, that is the origin of her name--is one thing. Being, presumably, Human and not knowing of the Federation, though, is another matter entirely.
