Where Can They Usually Be Found?: Sickbay, his quarters, public areas
What Have They Been Up To This Month?: cooking and getting to know people by cooking, diving deeper into the history of this universe, beginning to play with tech.
Type of CR You're Looking For: Unless someone bites him hard, he's probably at his limit for close friends (for his definition of "close") but he can maintain acquaintanceships and coworker friendly type relationships. I'm also never opposed to negative CR.

So I realize Mags and Simon haven't met, despite both working in Sickbay, if you are open to coworker type CR?

Mags would totally work with Peeta in making an oven. He misses baking as well.

(NGL, he's wary and locked down around psychics but he needs to meet other people who would in various medical fields, or he's going to end up grafting himself on poor Julian.)

Gosh. I still need to put my Jean in the TDM for some Erik-Jean fun, too.

I feel like they could be really good friends? But there are a lot of potential trust issues there so they will take time.

Maybe they could take over a store space on the concourse to have a store eventually.

But yes, he needs it. It's calming.
