Below is a list of all characters who did not participate in July's Activity Check, or who failed to pass. All characters listed below may be reclaimed at any time from now until 11:59pm EDT (GMT-4) on July 25th. To reclaim a character, reply to this post with the required AC; if you did not make your AC, you may request a second chance.

After July 26th, any characters below who do not get reclaimed will be considered dropped, removed from our Taken list, and open for others to app.

Reminders

• AC requirements are: One (1) OTA Log/EP, and two (2) threads in two separate logs made by another player or one (1) thread and (1) Personal Log that has been cross-linked to the main comm
• Characters must be reclaimed by their player
  • If your character(s) met activity, please provide your proofs of AC
  • If your character(s) did not meet activity and you have extenuating circumstances, a second chance may be requested on the understanding you must meet activity during our next Activity Check
• If you did participate in this month's Activity Check but there was an error with your submission, you need to correct that error to pass

Note

• Activity for this AC period should be from after January 25th. This means that all activity should be on logs/EPs dated after January 25th. But since our wording left room for interpretation, we're passing everyone who submitted more than 15 comments made after January 25th on an old log. We will be clarifying this for future AC, so be advised for next year that activity will only count if it is on a log dated during that AC period.

At this stage, unless you can show extenuating circumstances, we're going to say no to a second chance, unless you can increase your activity with them before the close of reclamation. If you can work on Johanna and/or Harper's activity in the next few days and turn things around, we'll consider it.

To reclaim a character, reply to this post with the required AC by 11:59pm EDT (GMT -4) on the 25th. As Kevin has been in the game less than three months, he would need two proofs. He already has an open post, so you can work on a thread to submit for a second proof.

If you're not able to make the AC by then, and believe your school busyness qualifies as extenuating circumstances, you can request a second chance and the mod team will consider your request and get back to you.

Thank you for linking us a more recent proof. Unfortunately, it doesn't meet the thread length minimum. If you can get it up to 15 comments (total, so 7 or 8 per character) by the end of reclamation on 11:59 pm EDT (GMT -4) 25th July, it will qualify.

Also, the open log/EP you provided in your AC was posted prior to 25th January. We need an open log from after that date as well.

Sorry for the delay, we had to do a little consultation. Peggy is now good to go, and given that Karrin has been in the comm less than three months and has had additional activity, even if it didn't all qualify for AC, we're willing to grant her a second chance on the understanding that she must pass the next AC check in January.

Neither Ziva nor Seven had passing AC at the time of the close of reclamation, so neither has passed AC. As we've discussed on Plurk, we'd be happy to offer you extra time for Ziva because of the mistake posting her on the warning list. Seven, however, has failed AC because her second thread was of insufficient length at the close of reclamation.
