December CR and Plotting Meme!

Job, if applicable: N/A (though I'm kinda curious what he'd be able to do)

Where Can They Usually Be Found?: DJ is a restless soul and tends to wander everywhere. When he's not camped out alone in his room, he can be spotted taking random naps anywhere on the ship that he's allowed and won't get in trouble. He likes to people watch from a quiet corner in Ten Forward, and he likes the Aboretum. Oh, and he hangs out where the various classes take place and can be found playing his guitar sometimes in the student lounge.

What Have They Been Up To This Month?: DJ finally got a guitar after getting some help to replicate one. He loves to chill and journal, songwrite and tinker with tunes. Like his data PADD, he has the instrument with him most days.

He's also slowly getting an idea of various aspects of his abilities. Namely, that he can communicate telepathically by touching someone. He also recognizes that it's touch and go and is not sure how to control it (or his involuntary projections). As for the more defensive aspects of his energetic abilities - he's figuring that they tend to kick in when he's having a strong emotional reaction (like fear). Still, not sure how to control it.

Type of CR You're Looking For: I'm totally open for DJ to build a network of friends. He's all ready got a great start but there's always room for more!

I also would love for him to someday have a romantic/emotional connection with another character - I think it would be really healing for him (and the other party). A huge dream would be for someone to play Rebecca - the blonde scientist from his profile and music video (but that is quite the long shot!).

I also understand that CR of that nature has to develop from a basis of chemistry, and I like to develop it naturally in play and would not force it. :)

I'm trying to think of other general ideas like, adventures in the holodeck (he hasn't tried that yet), on a planet or starbase (wherever the enterprise ends up this month). I'm pretty wide open!

Want a quirky witch with problems of her own for friendly CR? Luna's a bit odd but she's got a huge heart.

I love Luna!! I think DJ and her having some friendly CR would be awesome! :)

And she would be intrigued by DJ but in her own way! Plus since she's magical its something they can bond over (his powers/her magic)?

The idea that they could bond over their abilities sounds fun! He's not that familiar with anything to do with magic, so it will be interesting for him. Also, your Luna was taken from the canon point where she was captured by the Death Eaters? (I think) - if that is the case, they can also bond over shared empathy for painful experiences. :)

This goes for Thea too! Once he's comfortable enough with someone, supportive hugs will be a given! I'll have to keep an eye out for open logs so I can tag'em!

And Luna will happily explain! She's been using small scale charms to explain her magic so she's got several to share. And she had just been rescued from Malfoy Manor so you're right, it was after being tortured by the Death Eaters. So she needs someone who will understand so its perfect.

Awesome! Thea's got a ton of support via Oliver and Felicity but can always use more friends.
