Given that Tennant was in the 4th HP movie that could be something to play with for Luna (possible mistaken identity)? Otherwise she, Kristen and Thea are up for plotting/threading!

Hilariously, I was just watching that last night.

I'm not really down for exact lookalike, since I've always found that a little too PB/Actor convenient (for me, no judgement on other's loves), but I wouldn't mind if like Luna thought there was a resemblance (in his facial features, etc) from a distance while looking quickly across a crowd in a room even though on closer appearance he definitely didn't look like Barty Crouch Jr when looking at him straight on (as well as of because demeanor, dress, the hair, etc).

Totally fine! And since this is Luna we're talking about it makes perfect sense, she spots from afar and turns out its only The Doctor and she'll be thinking its simply her post manor brain playing tricks once again.
