I saw this at another game and it amused me enough that I decided to steal it and post it here for the amusement of our cast.

So, here you go~

SHOUT YOUR CONFESSIONS MEME!!!

1. Post your character shouting a confession. ALL CAPS LOCK, ALL THE TIME.
2. ICly react to others' confessions.
3. That's it. That's the meme.

I put my hand on your leg, channel electricity to its battery, and stand back up. Essentially. Sure, it works faster if I have direct access to the charge port, but it's not strictly necessary.

The small things aren't usually all that showy.

Well, that's ... good. Not being a blood thirsty monster.

[ He pauses for a moment, because this is kind of an awkward thing to find out about somebody. Especially for a person who's never heard a werewolf story in his life. ]

If it helps, I don't care what the stories say.

[ He knows a little something about how stories grow in the telling. There are stories that call Dylan an angel of death. In general, he'd argue with that particular characterization. ]

At least you don't have any weird preconceptions. It's a little refreshing.

No. But I know what stories are like.

I'm pretty sure I wouldn't want anyone to judge me on some of the stories that get told about me.

Besides, it's who you are that counts, not what people say.

Yeah. I never liked judging people. I'd really rather not be on the receiving end of it either.

Not knowing when to quit is quite the nasty habit of mine. I would have stopped many a problem.

Well, for myself, I am Gallifreyan. Humans call us dominus temporus. We have far more in common genetically with lizards and reptiles biologically than we do with our apes, although we externally are almost the same. We are bicardial and have denser muscle tissue and bone, meaning we are a bit heavier than you but much more durable. What would be a fatal fall for you would be a nasty but walkable one for me. And then we get to the regenerations, which means should we sustain fatal attacks we can regenerate ourselves up to twelve times, meaning we have effectively 13 lives.

Does that explain the difference.

[ He pulls up the right pant of his trousers, revealing the synthetic leg, a greyish translucent limb with its circuitry constantly adapting to every minute motion Kennex makes. ]

Wanna give it a go now? It probably won't need much of a charge, as I'd done it just this morning ... but without a proper charger, it's going to become pretty obsolete in a matter of 24 hours. 36 at best.

Now, I'm assuming this casing is not a Faraday Cage, in which case we will have a slight problem, but it doesn't seem like it is one. And man, we can definitely improve on a 24-hour battery life. Shit, my cell phone has a better one than that.
