Somewhat tangentially, I'm now tempted to put Picard in the fencing room on a semi-regular basis for duels and fencing lessons. That could be fun, just a couple of captains trading irons. :D?

Also, Kate Barlow is a fabulous one to have for the teacher relationships.

But seriously, all these actual professional captain types and only one ship to go around. They need to keep busy.

FOR REAL. There are so many captains and commanders floating about grumpy at Picard, lol. They need to form a club, like every Tuesday the captains spend the day on the holodeck in a simulated war program, idek.
