Well let me introduce you to Hell Night Pasta.

Magneto cooks - not just lives off the replicators. Occasionally he'll take what he's made to Ten Forward to eat and be social-ish. Unless someone wants to volunteer, I'm going with an NPC having commented on the spicy food he was eating, prompting him to make something hotter. Much hotter. The Pasta From Hell, brought to us from Man Vs Food, because the mun watches too much Travel Channel.

As they do, one thing lead to another and now he's making a mess of it and letting others challenge their daring and their taste buds.

And Hell Night Pasta comes to the Enterprise.

OOCly, I'll be putting up an OTA log by the 9am EST on the 25th at the latest (perhaps on the 24th if work doesn't kill me dead) for people who want to attempt to eat this literal hot mess. And others who want to watch.

What I'd like to know is who would like to be a part of this. Who wants to try to eat this. Who wants to stand there and stare at people for even trying. Who wants to goad others into take a bite without trying it themselves. Who wants to be goaded into trying it. Who wants to be the kind person with ice cream. Who wants to shake their head and laugh at people trying to prove something. Who wants to get a betting ring going over this, be it for money or some other form of currency going over the victims participants?

Gaila - a woman I've game-canoned as putting in so much chilli powder into her hot chocolate she turns it red - is SO EATING.

Annie - despite being post-apocalptic/dystopic Mexican - I have no idea on her hot food attitudes (thanks, Panem) but helping cook? Yes, she will do the thing.

Natasha is watching and mocking. And goading.

Man if Gaila actually likes it, he'd make it for her outside this. He can't help being friendly towards his geeklings.

And yes Annie help him. He'll make sure you practice safe chili handling.

D'awwwww, Mags. Yeah, Gaila totally adores obscenely hot food. It's the food of her people. Nooooooooom. So she's just going to be all cheerfully happy while everyone else is pouring down the yoghurt.

Annie approves of this :D :D :D She'll help. She misses cooking. (I'm pretty sure, really, she's gone and asked Mags outside this if she can use the stove. She'll obey all his ruuuuuuules)

Nat likes to think so. She has a decent tolerance for spicy food, but it's way more entertaining in this instance mocking everyone else <.<

Tom's eaten Neelix's food. He can handle anything---but he knows better. Instead he's totally getting a betting pool going. too bad they dont have any replicator rations to use as currency

He's been cooking in his quarters for a while. Back during the Carnival event he made an induction cooktop by getting raw materials from the replicators. He's since refined it so that it looks like a large grill on with a cooktop instead of grill grates. He can move it but it would probably take several people and a furniture dolly to move it with him or telekinesis.

Normally it's in his quarters but for this, I figure he'll pull the cooktop off and attach it to a base so it looks like a large griddle and do it in Ten Forward.

Haaaaa. Right. So. Uh. Peeta is going to be your best friend/careful but suddenly deep questioner, the moment he realizes Magneto can make food and food producers that don't come out of a replicator. Oh, the trauma of not having an oven, when baking is your sanity keeper.

Lorna should probably wonder who challenged her dad to wage chemical warfare on people. But yes Emma, Faith shouldn't eat this. (He'll sneak her the ice cream though. Emma will have to watch him.)

He won't laugh at Liz's face. Promise.

Jim could probably be goaded even though he knows that it is not in his best interests at all. Danny will push you out of his vicinity if you get that stuff near him because wow you just burned his nose off of his face what is wrong with all of you.

But he'll probably laugh at the reactions he hears from the various people participating. He could maybe use someone to tell him what's going on, as he likes it when people do that.

And Mags will point out to Danny he isn't eating this. But that will teach some nameless person who turned food into a contest. Mags plays dirty.
