Apps are now CLOSED for the NOVEMBER period!

Apps will remain open until Midnight EST (GMT-4) November 7th (or next Friday here in the Eastern US). Reserves will re-open Sunday, November 16th!

To app with us:

1. Read our rules for apping.
   
   
2. Once you've completed your application, leave a comment here with your name, e-mail (note: if you are apping more than one character, you MUST use the same e-mail for all of them; this is partly how we keep track of character limits and who plays whom), the character you're apping, and a link to your app. You may also leave any special requests or remarks, as comments will be screened. Here is a template you can copy&paste:

3. After the mods have approved your application, you will be asked to join the community with your character journal and comment on the cast list. Once that is complete, the mods will make your app official. You can not make posts to the community until these steps have been completed.

so this weekend is halloween shenanigan weekend!

and thanks to some amazing people on plurk (speaking of which, if you haven't added me yet, DO SO skyfell) it has been decided that peter parker, your friendly neighbourhood spider-man, will be involuntarily going as a gigantic working camera.

how the machinery works, no one will ever know, but the point is that peter will be able to take photos of the events. some of these photographs will be totally him trying to capture a moment, and others will be as involuntary as his costume. (#sorrynotsorry steve)

what does this mean for you?

well if you want to remember these moments forever and ever, let me know and i can have peter threadjack a n y thread you're involved in (so long as everyone involved is cool with it), even if it's just to literally take a shot and get outta there.

Hi guys! It's Lauren better known as Laura, John or Bucky. Meet Percy Jackson. He's a demigod. In his world the Greek gods are very much alive and they are still fathering children!

He's going to be dressed up as Zeus for the event but he's really the son of Poseidon. Main facts:

- he loves blue food, including blue scrambled eggs
- he can talk to horses (apparently they love donuts)
- he has control over the water
- he can cause earthquakes
- he does not like flying
- he's no respect for authority
- he's got a smart mouth
- and that romantic underwater kiss? Yeah he can deliver that because he can breathe underwater-

FINALLY he carries a pen around, when he takes it off it transforms into sword.
